Pope appoints new bishop in Panama

July 7, 2014. Pope Francis appointed Fr. ;Manuel Ochogavía Barahona as the new bishop to the diocese of ;Colón - Kuna Yala (Panama). Up until now, the Augustinian priest has been the prior, chancellor and parish priest for the diocese of Chitre. ;
