The Knights Templar was an old Christian order who protected European travelers visiting sites in the Holy Land during the the medieval era.
This international organization have adopted the spirit of the Knights Templar. They seek to provide global assistance to those in need.

One of their recent projects is helping people in Mexico and the American continent. According to Harriet Turner, the American continent lacks support.

“The problem of the American continent is education. We have to give education, we have to give food, recently there have been earthquakes and more earthquakes are expected. We are preparing relief services to be able to help.”
They have united in Rome from different parts of the world to see the pope at the General Audience.

Although it is not an organization officially recognized by the Church, after their trip here in Rome, they will return to their respective countries to continue their work in helping those in need.
