This Sunday, coinciding with the feast of Pentecost, the pope will once again pray the Regina Coeli from the window of the Apostolic Palace.

Due to the pandemic, he has prayed it from his library since March 8, and has not had any meetings with pilgrims.

POPE FRANCIS
It's a little strange, praying the Angelus today, with the pope “caged” in the library. However, I see you. I am close to you.

Since the square was empty, when he finished the prayer, he would go out to the window to give his blessing to the world, who was watching from home.

Last Sunday a few dozen pilgrims were able to enter St. Peter's Square, although the pope spoke from inside, and peeked his head out the window for only a few moments.

Now pilgrims will be able to return. The Vatican warns that access to St. Peter's Square could be limited to ensure the safety distance between pilgrims is respected.
