As every year, before Holy Week, the Vatican usually releases the list of liturgical celebrations over which the pope will preside.
However, in this case, the Holy See does not indicate that Francis will be present. It simply indicates the time and place of the ceremony.
The doctors asked the pope to rest for two months and Holy Week falls before that period. This is what the Vatican answered when asked if they think that Pope Francis could preside over any of the celebrations of this period.

It is clear that they will evaluate the improvements that there will be during this period, if he logically complies with the prescribed rest, and then based on the improvements during this rest period the most appropriate decisions will be made.
After publishing the calendar of liturgical celebrations for Holy Week, the Vatican has confirmed this answer. When the time comes, it will be seen if the pope can be present, in how many events and in what way.
