If you walk along the busiest street towards the Vatican, you will see these illuminated signs. This is the infopoint, the official information point for the Jubilee.
Here, a team of young people will be able to answer pilgrims' questions in their respective languages. But there are two questions that are most often asked by those travelling to Rome for the Holy Year.

Pro-Prefect, Dicastery for Evangelization
The first [question] is how to begin your pilgrimage from Piazza Pia to the Holy Door. The second [question] is also the possibility of collecting the testimony, that elegant and significant scroll that attests that you have celebrated the Jubilee of 2025.
Whether in person or by phone, pilgrims will have this place at their disposal from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Official Jubilee items can also be purchased, and support will be provided to those who need special assistance.
As the person in charge of the Jubilee, Archbishop Fisichella points out that this place is the point of reference for the 32 million pilgrims expected for this Jubilee.

There will be, for example, about two and a half million [pilgrims] from the United States, about 600,000 from Brazil, and about 300,000 from Argentina.
We are also expecting young people from all over the world. The teenagers will have a great moment in the canonization of Blessed Carlo Acutis, who is one of them, a young man who speaks to the teenagers of today. And then, the great event from July 27 to August 3: the Jubilee of the Young People.
But to clear up any doubts, there is always the official app. By simply scanning the QR code, the pilgrim will have more details and access to the event registrations so as not to miss anything during this Holy Year.
