Caroline is a student at the University of Tangaza in Kenya and is one of the winners of the Uniservitate competition.
Their winning project was implemented in Kenyan maximum security prisons and consists of providing psychological training to prison workers. The aim is to help them cope with the harsh reality they face on a daily basis.

What we did there was offering training to the police wardens and counseling services once they were trained. The trainings were on basic counseling skills and we offered one-on-one counseling session together with group sessions
Caroline was one of the more than 400 students who participated in this competition held at the LUMSA University in Rome.
Organized by Uniservitate, this is a competition that aims to promote social initiatives by university students from around the world.
