These are the three lead singers of the Salvadoran group Opus 503. In Rome, they lived a unique experience, seeing the Pope and presenting him with their new song: "Semillas de Esperanza" (Seeds of Hope), which sounds like this.

The three singers were able to hand him a copy of their fifth album along with a typical textile piece made by Salvadoran artisans.

We have been able to be with him this morning and we have been able to greet him and it is a great emotion to be able to meet this great personality of the history of our Church and of course we feel very excited.

MAURO IGLESIAS
Singer of the group Opus 503

We all met at the opera del salvador and after that we founded Opus 503, the project has been going on for 8 years and we have been able to travel to different countries. We traveled through North America, South America… this is our second time in Europe and there are plans to continue around the world promoting the music and culture of El Salvador.

Moreover, this group still has a lot of work to do in Rome.

ESAÚ OSORIO
Singer of the group Opus 503

We are going to give a series of concerts in a church that belongs to the Spanish, in Monserrat of the Spanish, for our Salvadoran brothers and sisters and also for all the Spanish and Spanish-speaking population.

This group collaborates with the Pope Francis Foundation, which supports children in need. They offer them food and medical assistance. The new song, "Semillas de Esperanza" (Seeds of Hope), was composed for them.
