The Pope lands in Jakarta, capital of Indonesia, at Soekarno-hatta International Airport.
The Pope is welcomed by the Minister of Religious Affairs at the foot of the plane and by two children dressed in traditional costumes who offer him flowers. No speeches or private conversations are planned.
At the end of the greetings he moves to the Apostolic Nunciature to rest.
