Diego Pérez, known on social media as Rupe, is the voice of the “El Buen Dios” channel, a platform for evangelization. On Instagram alone, he already has more than 176,000 followers. The youtuber says his content answers a specific need many people have.

I am certain that young people today are searching for God on social media on their mobile devices, which is where they spend most of their time. So that is where the Good Lord comes to accompany them as well.
Diego wants his social media channels to offer an alternative and the possibility of finding meaningful content. To this end, he is dedicated to finding priests to explain to followers various faith topics.
One of the channel's projects is to evangelize in Colombian sign language to a population that he says is often marginalized.

I believe this message will reach someone who has a hearing impairment and they can also enjoy the Gospel.
I believe that the Catholic Church has not yet reached the point of being able to truly minister to this population. I believe other denominations do, and they do it a little bit better. But I think we are at a standstill on this issue.
Diego launched this project on the social networks of the Good Lord in 2022. He says since then him and his team have been working “day and night to make this work of evangelization grow” on their Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok profiles.
