Martin Scorsese met with Pope Francis once again and this time, gifted him a photo book of his latest film. It recently received ten nominations at the 2024 Oscars.
The Italian-American film maker has become a regular at the Vatican and a familiar face for the Pope.
He's a producer.
After his meeting with the Pope, Scorsese attended the General Audience in the Paul VI Audience Hall.
The last time he visited Pope Francis was in May of 2023, where he revealed that he will make a film about Jesus. He recently confirmed that he finished the script for this movie, titled “A Life of Jesus” and plans to shoot it later this year.
