Former President Bill Clinton and Pope Francis will meet for the second time via videocall.
The former head of state, Secretary Hillary Clinton and their daughter Chelsea Clinton, announced the schedule and participants for this year's Clinton Global Initiative Meeting.
The two day event—from September 18-19—will begin with a special conversation between the former president and Pope Francis. The two will discuss how to respond to the most urgent global issues like climate change and the growing refugee crisis.
Other participants include the former prime minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, actors and an NBA Hall of Fame athlete.
The Initiative began in 2005 and brings leaders together from around the world to create and implement solutions to world problems.
