After more than 9 hours on a plane, Pope Francis landed in Mongolia. He was welcomed with the unique gift given to guests: aaruul, a traditional product usually made from yak milk. This was a staple for traveling and was very common for Mongolians to carry during their travels on horseback across the vast steppe region.
