Pope Francis is still in Rome's Gemelli hospital. He has resumed working, though his public schedule is suspended until June 18. The Pope is expected to be discharged in a few days and return to the Vatican. If he is strong and recovered, next week he could resume his engagements and audiences.
One of his meetings could be on June 21 with the President of Brazil, Lula Da Silva. The President confirmed the audience on his Twitter account. This would not be the first meeting between the two heads of state. President Da Silva met with Pope Francis on February 13, 2020.

I read the pope's letter on the Amazon synod, but I didn't come here to talk about the Amazon in particular. I came to talk about environmental issues as a whole.
A meeting with the President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, is scheduled for the day before, on Tuesday, June 20. These meetings have not yet been confirmed by the Holy See.
