Pope Francis met with the second group of Colombian bishops on their ad limina visit. This was his first ad limina visit following his release from the Gemelli hospital in Rome. The group came from the coastal cities of Colombia and described the Pope as in good health.

The Pope did not speak about his health. The Colombian bishops explain that his gestures and attitude seemed to say that he was in good health after recovering from bronchitis during Holy Week.

We didn't ask him about his health because his face already gave us peace of mind. It's just the footsteps of an old man with a little knee problem. Nothing else.
Ad limina visits are week-long meetings with a country's bishops. They usually visit several dicasteries and on Friday they hold a meeting with the Pope, where they are able to speak freely about any topic.
