The Talitha Kum network and the International Union of Superiors General are organizing the World Day of Prayer and Reflection against Human Trafficking on Wednesday, February 8.
The groups have organized a digital pilgrimage with the theme, 'Walking for Dignity.' Throughout the day, young people from more than 50 countries will share their prayers and reflections for an end to human trafficking.
The event will be broadcast live in five languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. It can be followed on the website www.prayagainsttrafficking.net.
A video message from Pope Francis will also be broadcast during the event. People can join in the movement by sharing the official hashtag #PrayAgainstTrafficking.
