Pope Francis, Archbishop Justin Welby and Moderator Iain Greenshields are welcomed by President Salva Kiir at the entrance of the VIP Lounge at Juba International Airport.
The Pope then meets for a minutes with the President before boarding the plane.
Pope Francis is scheduled to arrive at Fiumicino Airport in Rome at 5:15pm.
