In the Apostolic Nunciature, Pope Francis meets with some victims from the Eastern part of the country facing the ongoing conflict.
Following a song and video, people from Butembo-Beni, Goma, Bunia, Bukava and Uvira—cities affected by the war—gave their testimonies.
At the end of the meeting, Pope Francis spoke to the victims and imparted his apostolic blessing on all present.
