Carlotta Nobile was an artist. She was also a renowned violinist, author of two books, and a blogger.
But she is mostly remembered for how she faced her battle with cancer for two years.
She was 22 when she received the cancer diagnosis. In the spring of 2013, Carlotta fell into a coma. When she woke up, she said she felt her soul was “healed.” In fact, she lived the last three months of her life with a deep sense of peace.

So this moment was an awakening, an enlightenment, a landing place that naturally came after a whole life characterized from an early age by a desire to always look beyond, to always look not only on the surface but in depth.
Carlotta started an anonynous blog called, “Cancer and Afterwards.” The blog was her way of sharing her experiences and encouraging others battling cancer.

She dedicated herself to others by joining music donors in which she brought music to cancer hospitals particularly. And by giving to others in this way and opening up to others, she was able to help thousands of people cope with the terrible times that everyone was living in their own.
Carlotta's father describes his daughter as an everyday but extraordinary girl. He believes her life can be an example to young people. She is an encouragement to look for deeper meaning rather than falling into the superficial traps of social media.

[Her eyes] were a window to heaven because through her eyes, through what she was experiencing, it was full serenity.
She was the one who accompanied us to the end—holding our hands with a grace, with a serenity that are absolutely indescribable and that we only remember in her eyes.
Carlotta's life was short, but she continues to live on worldwide through the example she left behind.
