Upon arriving at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Arabia, Pope Francis prayed before a statue of Our Lady of Arabia ahead of an ecunemical prayer meeting for peace.
The cathedral is the largest Catholic church in the Arab peninsula and was built on land given to the Catholic community in 2013 by Bahrain's king.
