Pope Francis met with one of the richest and largest families in Portugal: the Guimaraes de Mello. This family inherited the business of entrepreneur José Manuel de Mello, who died in 2009.

Faith in Jesus brought them here and made them come together. And it is nice to see a united family, a family strengthened by the gift of faith.
The Pope asked them to reflect on Psalm 133, which expresses the meaning of unity and its fruits: harmony.
