Anne-lys and John Breurec traveled 3 days by car with their 6 children - Stella, Faustine, Marie Philippine, Jeane, Camille, and Theodore - to Rome to meet Pope Francis.
ANNE-LYS BREUREC
Mother of family
It was incredible. Just to see him, to be so close to him and to touch him. We could speak with him. He asked us to pray for him and he blessed the whole family. And we also put his hands on his hands.
The Pope spoke with the children. The family, who had arrived moments before the audience began, gave Pope Francis a gift.
JOHN BREUREC
Father of family
We came here because my wife, she wrote a book, 2 books about the saints.
'Praying with 52 Saints' is the latest book that Anne-lys has published and it includes figures of wives and mothers - saints, blessed, venerable or servants of God - from countries around the world.

I gave to the Pope the books. It was a present for him and he said its a beautiful work.
Now the family will enjoy a few days in Rome after starting their trip in a very special way.
