The Vatican has extended its Covid restrictions until May 31st.

That means that anyone hoping to pay it a visit must show a negative Covid test, as is the case to see the Vatican museums which ask for a negative test to by tickets. What's more, they must be purchased online, and cannot be bought in the physical museums.

There has been a resurgence of pilgrims and tourists in Rome, yet guests for the Pope's Wednesday Audience are able to attend without wearing a mask. As of only a few weeks ago, the audiences are now being held outdoors.

Vatican employees, on the other hand, must be vaccinated, and wear N95 masks indoors.
