“It's a song that I wrote, and it was inspired by the prophet Jeremiah, specifically the passage from Jeremiah 30:17, in which I've always found great comfort, hope and consolation.”
“For I will restore your health; I will heal your injuries.” It's the Bible passage that inspired Mirael to write this song when she was just 16 years old.

“I thought that in this historic moment, the world was in need of a message of encouragement and hope that could redirect people's thoughts, away from fear and toward that great promise contained in the passage from Jeremiah. Even today, after 2000 years, it makes us believe that all of our wounds sooner or later will be healed by love.”
The music video was shot along the ancient wall around the Italian city of Ferrara. But its reach has gone beyond Italy, all the way to Brazil, Peru, Mexico and Spain.
“La tua ferita” is one of 15 songs in the “Sentire l'Amore” album, which Mirael hopes to share with fans through live performances in different cities throughout Italy. More than anything else, the Italian singer wants her music to help others feel God's love.
