What would happen if someone changed the way you see your life?
Jaime, Carlos, Andrea, Antonio and Sonsoles share the story of how they came face to face with someone who many do not see .... They say that He has given their lives back to them.
The film 'Vivo' tells four true stories of how the Eucharist has transformed people's lives.
JUSTIN JORGE PAREJA
Director, “VIVO”
'It's not a movie only for people of faith, I don't think it's limited to that audience. I think people who don't have faith will be able to absorb the real stories, which we have all experienced ourselves.'
The filming for the movie lasted four years. It was produced by Hakuna, a group that promotes new evangelization through prayer and adoration to spread the message that eternal life is present in the Eucharist.
JOSÉ PEDRO MANGLANO
Producer, “VIVO”
“We can't explain what happens [in the Eucharist]. We can't explain the words of Christ: 'This is my body and this is my blood' or 'whoever does not eat of this bread does not have eternal life,' we can't explain it. What we can explan is that there is eternal life there.”
“Vivo” documents the lives of real people and their relationship with the Eucharist. Those behind the film hope to share their powerful experiences with the world.
