The Vatican Pontifical Council for Culture and the Cura Foundation are organizing their fifth international conference from May 6-8. The theme this year is “Exploring the Mind, Body and Soul.”
Speakers will include Anthony Fauci, Chelsea Clinton, Jane Goodall, Joe Perry and researchers from distinguished universities like Duke, MIT, Harvard and Notre Dame, among others. The conference will conclude with a message from Pope Francis.
The event is usually held at the Vatican. In 2018, participants attended an audience with Pope Francis. This year, the three-day event will be held online because of the pandemic.
Like in previous years, leading physicians, scientists, religious leaders, policymakers and philanthropists will discuss the latest breakthroughs in medicine, healthcare delivery and prevention, and the cultural impact of technological advances. They will also discuss how to make quality healthcare available and affordable.
