One of the big teams from Eternal City, AS Roma, is paying for the distribution of food packages on behalf of the Pope.
Several members of the team's staff and directors attended the pope's Mass on Sunday. The team also shared on their social media that the pope signed a Roma jersey that will be auctioned for charity.
Precisely after the mass, many attendees received bags with food in the name of Pope Francis, given to them by other Italian institutions.
Another of the pope's gestures was this ambulance parked alongside the colonnade in St. Peter's Square.
Here, homeless people were able to take a coronavirus test. Undoubtedly, a gesture that will provide a peace of mind for many during these difficult times.
