Before Mass this morning, Pope Francis said he received a message from a priest in northern Italy, asking to pray for doctors, who are at their limits because of their non-stop work.

They are giving their own lives to help the sick, to save the lives of others. Let us pray also for authorities. For them it is not easy to manage this moment, and many times they suffer being misunderstood.
The pope described healthcare providers as pillars of support, protecting people during this crisis.
