Over the span of six days, Pope Francis traveled nearly 12,000 miles to go from Rome to Mozambique, Madagascar and Mauritius.
It was a trip full of unforgettable moments, such as a visit to a hospital in Maputo caring for patients with HIV-AIDS, the meeting with the inhabitants of Akamasoa, a city built on a garbage dump in Madagascar, and the greeting to the inhabitants of Mauritius.
