Many bishops carried their suitcases to the meeting with the pope, as they will return to their country a few hours after.
The long trip will allow them to reflect on the intense encounters throughout the last few days.

Secretary General, Chilean Episcopal Conference
“Very satisfied, very satisfied. We're very hopeful about these encounters of dialogue with the pope, following the indications on which we were able to reflect, pray, converse... and basically a process of discernment... Tomorrow, we'll probably hold an encounter in which we can communicate the conclusions from these days of discernment and work with the Holy Father.”
Soon, the pope's first measures will be announced to address this crisis, triggered by the bishops' half-hearted response to abuse victims.
