Singer André Florêncio belongs to the Brazilian community “New Song,” established in the sphere of the Charismatic renewal. He explains how God touched him through music.

“In watching other people play and sing, God spoke to me on a deep level, not with words, but He called me. I can’t explain it, but what I felt was very strong.”
He also explained that music is the medium which allows him to encounter the Lord and inspires him to be at the service of others. This is reflected in his two works, the book “Música, llamada de servicio” and the album “Mi encuentro.”

“Music for me is the meeting point, where God welcomes me, heals me, lifts me up and puts me on the path as a contributor to His mission.”
This missionary says that he lives off ‘divine providence,’ and he assures that God supplies him with everything he needs to continue on the path of evangelization.

Currently, Florêncio is working on different compositions, missions and concerts throughout Brazil, and he is preparing his next single, entitled “Venció el Señor.”
