Before thousands of people, Pope Francis reflected on each Christian's mission and encouraged them not to be discouraged by setbacks.

He advised, as the prophet Isaiah said, 'to be surprised by the thoughts and ways of God.'

POPE FRANCIS

'In the Kingdom of God there are no idle hands, all are called to do their part; and for all, at the end, there will be compensation from divine justice – not human justice, fortunately for us – namely the salvation that Jesus Christ has acquired with His death and resurrection.”

Pope Francis recalled that the mercy of God has no limits and He has a plan for each person to reach fulfillment.

The pope recalled missionary priest Stanley Francis Rother proclaimed blessed this weekend. He said that he was a heroic example of a courageous witness of the Gospel.
