''City of Saints' is a series of documentary films that come from the Norbertine fathers, true stories of the Norbertines. There's no actors in the series. It's real people and they're talking about real experiences they've had and some of them are very tragic. They've had a lot of suffering, but there's always a connection with the Norbertine fathers and hope.â?
Each of the seven episodes are around five minutes long and are meant to draw in viewers who are scrolling through social media and offer them a message through this unique way of story-telling.

'I think there are things that have happened in people's lives that they can't really explain. I think some of these stories are in a way trying to work through those. Not all of them are happy endings, not all of them, the people who shared their lives with us are still suffering to this day. They're still kind of working through some of the tragedy.â?
He's hoping this raw, real suffering and struggle in life can help those who may be experiencing the same or something similar. Also, each episode has an accompanying saint who has helped each person in a special way, leading to the title, 'City of Saints.â?

'We know it, we all know it. We see things that... stories encourage us. They encourage us to keep going and inspire us and I think real, genuine, true stories can do that. They can get us through our own suffering and kind of show the courage of somebody else because we feel like we don't have the conviction and the courage to keep going.â?
While there are only seven episodes now, Charles says they will likely continue telling these stories, as long as people are open to sharing their experiences of suffering and pain that have the power to transform into joyful stories of hope for others.
