This is the man who was miraculously healed of a bacterial infection in the brain through prayers to and the intercession of Mother Teresa in 2008. From 2006 until 2008, he had many fainting episodes and was even paralyzed on his left side, until intense prayer to the future saint completely healed him during an intense ache in his brain and preparation for surgery.
MARCILIO HADDAD ANDRINO
'I felt a very great peace and no headaches. The doctor said, 'If you wake up without a headache, then go to the intensive care and tomorrow we will have the surgery. That night, I slept very well. The next day, the doctor visited me and said, as you have a headache you do not need to have the surgery. That afternoon, I returned home to the delight of my family. After I came to know that the moment when I had no more pain doctors have done tests and they saw that 70 percent of the infection was reduced.'
Marcilio spoke during the official Vatican presentation of Mother Teresa's canonization, which will be held on Sunday, Sept. 4. ;
The priest in charge of studying the life of Mother Teresa and proving her holiness said they also took various criticisms into consideration. ;

'We had to take those criticisms seriously. ;Then to see ok, what are the facts, all of the facts, because sometimes in the documentary has some of the facts, but not all of the facts, or even not understanding the context of the facts. Then, secondly, there's also a question of perspective, so if Mother's pro-life, well then if you're pro-abortion, you're not going to agree. So each of those criticisms were met.'
Mother Teresa was also aware of those who opposed her, as well as the evil in the world. The postulator continued, explaining her understanding of this poverty and sinfulness against others. ;

'Here again, her own words. 'The devil hates God. And that hatred in action is destroying us, making us commit sin, making us share in that evil, so that we too share in that hatred and this cuts us off from God. But there's where the wonderful mercy of God comes and this is what the devil hates in God. That tenderness and love of God for the sinner.''
Mother Teresa lived her life with this tenderness, being merciful to all and loving everyone. The proof is still evident today with this recent miracle. With her sainthood, no doubt more prayers will also be answered through her intercession.
