(ONLY VIDEO) After Pope Francis celebrated Corpus Christi Mass on Thursday evening, a procession followed from the Basilica of St. John Lateran to the Basilica of St. Mary Major. ;
From the Cathedral of the Eternal City, the procession went to the Basilica of St. Mary Major where the liturgy of this feast was concluded.
Just like last year, Pope Francis didn't directly take part in the procession. He was however, driven to St. Mary Major. Upon his arrival, he concluded the liturgical celebrations. ;
