After the Resurrection of Christ, the apostles received the Holy Spirit and began to preach throughout the world... despite looming questions and doubts.
'He wanted a Church built on a rock and what I've done is confuse men who organize or discuss and philosophize about his words. I'm not a speaker, nor a philosopher.'
'I'm convinced that's why what he has chosen you.'
That's why they go to the Virgin Mary, who knew Jesus Christ better than anyone. This is the approach of the film 'Full of Grace' focusing on the last days of the Virgin Mary with the apostles.
Thoughtful and deliberate, it is not a film to consume rapidly. Director Andrew Hyatt suggests using it a real exercise of contemplation.
'Peter, if He has left it is just to find him. He just wants us to seek him. '
'I do not understand it.'
It is especially Peter who seeks the guidance and wisdom of Mary, who allows the apostles to understand and regain the necessary peace to continue their mission, though it will not always be the easiest path.
'The light will fade to the faintest glimmer. Nothing more than a grain of sand on the shore. But the light will never disappear. The walk of faith comes with a promise. The promise that we will never be abandoned.'
