Vatican launches a website with resources for pilgrims coming to the Jubilee

For this year's Jubilee, the Vatican is lauching its own website for pilgrims traveling from near and far. The name of website is 'Vatimecum� which is translated into seven languages, where users are able to see all events taking place in Rome.

COUPLE FROM CHINA
'We are from Hong Kong and it's our first time here in Rome and we used Vatimecum to find our hotels and restaurants. It's great! We love it!�

On this site, pilgrims will be able to have access to services, such as food and accommodation in Rome, at controlled prices and much more information about the Jubilee.

YOUNG MAN FROM POLAND
'I'm from Poland and I found Vatimecum when I am looking for something in Rome. And I think that Vatimecum is best place when you can find something when your hospitality of some places for eating.â? 

The website is coordinated by the Welcome Center for the Pilgrims, that opened its doors in the beginning of December. The center will be open daily from 7.30am to 6:30pm, local Rome time, including Saturdays and Sundays.
