The House of Charity 'Nalukolongo Bakateyamba's Homeâ? was founded in 1978 by Cardinal Emmanuel Kikwanuka. The center welcomes and helps one hundred people and their chapel is dedicated to the Ugandan martyrs. There is a 136-year-old tree in their garden planed by the missionary Simon Lourdel.
