It will be a busy week for Pope Francis. On Monday November 9th, the Pope will start off the week by leaving the Vatican for a bit as he heads to the Basilica of St. John Lateran. There he will lead the episcopal consecration of Rome's auxiliary Bishop, Msgr. Angelo de Donatis, starting at roughly 5 o' clock. ;
On Tuesday morning, at about 8.00 a.m. the Pope will once again take a short trip. This time he will travel to Florence and Prato, as part of a pastoral visit, where he plans to meet with workers and entrepreneurs. ;
Wednesday morning, St. Peter's Square will be packed, as thousands of pilgrims wait for the Pope to lead his weekly general audience, where he gives a brief catechesis, most likely on the family. ;
On Thursday 12th, ;just like every other weekday, the Pope will lead his early morning Mass in the Vatican's Casa Santa Marta. ;
On Saturday all eyes will be on the Vatican, as ;the Pope meets with the president of Iran. After their one on one meeting, the president will also meet with the Pope's diplomatic team. ;
Throughout the week, the Pope will surely be getting things ready, ;including his speeches, ;for his upcoming trip to Africa, scheduled from November 25th to the 30th. The Pope plans to visit Kenya, Uganda, Central African Republic. ;
On Sunday at noon, ;the Pope will lead the Angelus prayer from his studio window overlooking St. Peter's Square, where thousands of pilgrims gather every week, ;to pray along with the Pope. But he will also have yet another appointment. At about 4 o clock, he will visit the Lutheran Church in Rome. ;
