(VIDEO ONLY) The Vatican asked the United States for a simple car for the Pope to get around town in, and they responded with a black Fiat 500L.
Pope Francis continued his habit of simple travel, as he drove through the streets of Washington in one of the smallest cars a head of state has been seen in.
The car is specially designed to protect the Pope, though he lowered the window to wave to people who came to greet him.
