This is Slovenia's new ambassador to the Holy See, Tomaž Kunstelj. He actually introduced his credentials to the Pope in Spanish.

The Ambassador spoke perfect Spanish, since he served in Argentina from 1998 to 2001.

Kunstelj was accompanied by his family and he introduced his daughters to the Pope. One of them was actually born in Argentina.
'She is the youngest. She was born in Buenos Aires.â?
When it was time to exchange gifts, the ambassador received the Pope's Apostolic Exhortation. Everyone received a rosary blessed by the Pope.
