The Vatican doesn't usually hold trials, but on Saturday February 7th, it will do just that. A man accused of climbing up to St. Peter's dome a total of five times, will face a judge. ;
As he camped out on the dome, Marcello Di Finizio, would also release a banner to speak out against European laws that he felt, hurt businesses. His last protest took place on December 23rd. But perhaps the one that struck the most attention was back in October 2012, when he lashed out against Italy's prime minister, Mario Monti, The European Union and its reforms. ;
The Italian entrepreneur, is ;accused of offending a place of worship and of resisting his arrest. ;
