These groups are made up of couples, families, single parents, widows and divorced people.
Their aim is to help them understand the difficulties that come along with marriage, as well as how to overcome them.

'In the past people learned the vocation of Christian marriage in their own families, today so many people have no experience of Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the nuclear family. They have to come to other groups who can show them what it means to live this vocation.â?
The International Confederation of Christian Family Movements was founded in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1966. Since then, it has expanded to another 42 countries.
