It's exactly what you'd expect a Swiss Guard to wear. David Geisser puts on his bright and flashy uniform to go to work. But when he's off the clock, he trades it all in for a typical white chef shirt. He's taken his passion for food even further, by publishing a cooking book.

It's called 'Buon Appetito' and it's definitely not your average cooking book. In addition to some tasty Italian meals, it also includes some of the Pope's favorite dishes from his native Argentina.

'For Pope Francis, we have empanadas, with pepperoni salad, after colita de cuadril, itâ??s a tail of ram and for dessert, we have dulce de leche-itâ??s a sweet dessert with sugar, milk and honey.â?
Some of Benedict XVI's main choices and even some of John Paul II are also included. The young chef, asked top Vatican officials about their favorite meals and after trying them out, he included them in the book.

'I asked a lot of person, important persons from the Vatican Bishop Ganswein, Cardinal Parolin or for us important, the Swiss Cardinal Kurt Koch.â?
Even though he's only 24, this is actually his third cookbook. The first two, were published in Switzerland. It all started, he says, when he linked enjoying great quality time with his family, with eating great food. Now, even his 16 year old brother is following his lead.
He says, Rome is definitely the perfect spot to combine some of his major interests.

For now, Buon Appetito is available only German. But a Spanish and English translation are still brewing.
