When Pope Francis met with Queen Elizabeth for the very first time, it made international headlines. It happened back on April 3, 2014. Now that moment is being re-lived again, through these postage stamps. ;
Now the island country of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has released a series of stamps that mark that first encounter in the Vatican's Casa Santa Marta. Some are directly from that meeting. Others, show random head shots of the Pope and the Queen. ;
The meeting between American president Barack Obama and Pope Francis on March 27th, is also marked with a stamp. It shows them sitting down ;chatting, and then there's another set of stamps, that shows the ;moment when they exchange gifts. ;
But it's not just that island country that's jumping in the stamp bandwagon. Bolivia also released its own set of Pope Francis. Even though the Pope is from Argentina, the stamps proudly read, 'The First South American Pope.' ;
