July 25, 2014. Big soccer stars will be coming to Rome to play an inter-religious match in honor of Pope Francis. Players include Messi, Buffon, Zidane, Zanetti, Roberto Baggio, Pirlo, Yuto Nagatomo and Eto. Tickets will be on sale starting on July 25th. The game will be played on September 1st, in Romeâ??s Olympic Stadium. All proceeds will be donated to Scholas Occurrentes, a Papal education program for marginalized youths.
