The Pope has appointed Eduardo Eliseo Martín, who until now has served as bishop of Villa de la Concepción del Río Cuarto, as archbishop of Rosario (Argentina). In Portugal, the Pope has appointed António Manuel Moiteiro Ramos, who until now has served as auxiliary bishop of Braga, as bishop of the diocese of Aveiro.
