On Saturday, July 5, Pope Francis will visit Molise, a sparsely populated region in central Italy.
His visit will last a few hours, but the Pope will visit three towns: Campobasso, Castelpetroso and Isernia.
His first stop, at Campobasso, will be the University of Molise, where he will meet with local workers and businessmen.
At 10:30AM, he will celebrate Mass at a former stadium, following by an audience with the sick at the cathedral.
Pope Francis will then have lunch with a group of homeless at the 'House of Angels' shelter, run by Caritas. Once he's done, he will head to Castelpetroso to meet with youth from Molise and nearby Abruzzo.
In the afternoon, in Isernia, he will visit a jail to meet with the prisoners.
His visit will end with a mass audience at the city's Cathedral Plaza. There, he will inaugurate the Jubilee for the 800th anniversary of the birth of Pope Celestine V.
The motto for this visit is 'God never tires of forgiving.' It'll will be the third time a Pope visits this region.
