June 11, 2014. Pope Francis accepted the resignations of Msgr. ;Frederico Heimler as the bishop of Cruz Alta (Brazil), and of Msgr. Santiago María García de la Rasilla Domínguez as the apostolic vicar of San Francisco Javier (Peru). The Pope appointed Fr. ;Gilberto Alfredo Vizcarra Mori as the new apostolic vicar.
